First litter picking session completed. An unusual collection of items.

The litter team were not sure what it was in the water.....it was a scooter!

The litter team explored the area and discovered that there were a number of areas that had a lot of litter. They carried out surveys to determine the main types of litter that were found on the site. Lots of cans, bottles, paper and plastic waste.

The animal habitats group had to explore the Waterworks and discover sites that would be good for the bee homes that they had created.

The pond group explored the area to find out the best place to build a pond for the tadpoles.

We went to the Waterworks site and explored the area. We took lots of pictures of things about the site that interested us to help us plan what we would like to do there.
