Leaves and 'cool' things collection and recording exercise in Hamsterley Forrest on the 'Hill Trail'. The group collected leaves and other 'cool' things such as nuts and berries and pasted them to presentation paper later. The students in the group shared 'tablets' so they could also record any findings or other interesting things taking photographs and shared their findings at the end of the day

Bishop Barrington group thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Gruffalo trail in Hamsterley forest and surrounding area. During the visit the group enjoyed being outside and built confidence through challenging themselves climbing along the 'obstacle course'. All of the group helped each other circumnavigate the obstacles offering help and support to all of the group. Brilliant Team! Time was taken for the group to appreciate their surroundings and discover some of the ecology and how visitors were encouraged to visit and appreciate the forest
