A few weeks ago we took photographs whilst we were at Thursley and challenged ourselves to take images of all sorts of textures, shapes and colours. Today we took some of those images and played around with them, turning them into abstract pop art images.

As I take my daily walk, nature graced my path with green, yellow, brown and red carpet. Such a VIP reception! I came back home with these two beauties painted naturally!

We have started to clean up our community garden picking up some rubbish and weeding. Over the next few weeks, we plan on planting some plants for spring and tidying the garden up.

We were taking surveys of the traffic on Bogs bank road, a small, winding, 4mile road between West Linton and Romano Bridge. We did it from 11.10am to 12pm. There were 22 cars, 8 bikes and 8 vans, I tractor, and 3 lorries. We even saw 3 walkers. We thought there would be no traffic but instead there was lots, we had a lot of nice people wave to us. Most people using the road would be heading to West Linton, or travelling out of the village to go to Peebles or Edinburgh. Because it is very scenic it is used by cyclists and walkers.
