Community Garden Work

On 5th of May, we were weeding and building a bughouse. The bug house was very big so we needed a lot of materials. The other group had collected lots of sticks and leaves. At the top we planted some flowers and plants and put grit over them to stop the weeds growing. On Friday, Me, Grace, Chappy and Oskar were planting pea seeds. We had to sieve out the compost and put it in a small plant tray. We poked holes in the soil and put the pea seeds in. Today we were building a frame for the peas and we were also planting herbs. Lizzie gave us mint to put in our water bottles. By Ellen
