Inverkeithing Week 15

Busy session in the garden this week! Both groups (John Muir and SLP John Muir) have been hard at work getting the garden dug over for it's rewilding as a meadow space for chilling out in. As you can see, the group got the the heavy ground turned over, breaking it up as best they could, levelling it and then raking up the surface ready for sowing. Kodi in the group had a great idea to put a slate path into the fruit trees, where Sophie has plans to put logs for sitting on. we love it when the ideas come from our young people! The SLP group then spent a period sowing and watering the seeds, before finishing off the slate path. The photos from this session are to follow. We are all really excited to see the finished garden, it should be looking fantastic it is all done, and it's great having our 2 groups supporting the work going on.
