Tree Identification part 2

We bought some new books to help us identify trees in winter as a lot of the trees we've seen have no leaves, berries or flowers on them. We identified a wild cherry and an elder from their stems and buds (Finn already new the elder) but we're still struggling with an evergreen tree which is really common on our patch but we can't seem to ID it at all! We found some beautiful Turkey tail fungus.
