Bridge Building at Gameshope.

5th March ... bridge building at Gameshope. The bridge is an essential element of working at Gameshope, as, without it, access to the Bothy is tricky. We were joined by John, from Borders Forest Trust, who literally showed us the ropes. While some of the group were building the bridge, some of us done some stabilising of the bridge parapets, ensuring they are in a position where they can withstand the flooding of the burn. A cracking day !
